- Spirit Week wraps up with Elements Day
- 9th grade: water (blue/purple)
- 10th grade: Earth (brown/green)
- 11th grade: fire (red/orange)
- 12th grade: air (white/grey)
- Point totals going into today’s finale:
- 12th Grade - 45 points
- 9th Grade - 60 points
- 11th Grade - 70 points

- Staff- 92 points
- And we will end the day with a pep rally/salsa dance lesson! Students will be called down to the gymnasium about 10-15 minutes into D block. Please wait for voice announcement to report to the gym.
- Juniors- Completed TA paperwork for next year is due today. Completed paperwork includes a signed contract, essay, AND completed resume on Xello. Paperwork will not be accepted after today.
- If you are enrolled in a Dual Enrollment, VHS or Educere class, you are expected to attend and complete work in your classes during April vacation.
- Seniors, several scholarship applications are due today, and many of them remain wide open. See more information in the email that was sent out earlier this week.
- Prom tickets will go on sale during lunches when we return from April Break. Tickets are $75 per person. Cash or checks made payable to "EHS Class of 2024" will be accepted. The theme is "Tangled up in Memories." Prom will take place at the Log Cabin on Saturday, May 11th from 5-10 pm.
- The Getting to Y team sent out a survey at the beginning of the school year to collect data on areas they are trying to have a positive impact on. Now that the Getting to Y team has implemented a couple strategies, the team would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to fill out the survey again. The first 50 students to take both surveys (pre survey in November and post survey in April) will receive a $10 gift card. The survey was sent to all students earlier this week, so check your epsd email.
- The UMass Turing Summer Program offers a free three-week educational experience for high school students, focusing on Computer Science. The program runs from July 8th to July 26th, featuring full-day activities and lab sessions. You may find more information about it at https://lass.cs.umass.edu/turing. Ask your teacher for the web address for more information.
- CAN-DO will have a Support Meeting on Tuesday, April 23 at 6pm on Practical Strategies to Boost Executive Function Skills featuring Sara Ward: (registration required – click here).

The School Budget Book 2024-25 is now available to view. Click on District, and select School Committee from the drop down menu. The 2024-25 school budget documents are available to view or download.
The School Committee Budget Hearing will be held Tuesday March 26 at 6pm in a hybrid format. In person at 50 Payson Ave, and online, link available at easthamptonma.gov.
